Your first Subsidised Flat sold On and After 03/03/2006, resale levy amount as follows:

2R – $15,000

3Room Flat – $30,000

4Room Flat – $40,000

5Room Flat – $45,000

Exec Apt – $50,000

EC – $55,000

 

Resale Levy

For cases where the first subsidised flat was sold before 3 March 2006, a percentage graded resale levy will apply (see table for more details).

If you had opted to defer the payment of the resale levy until you buy another flat from HDB, an interest at a prevailing rate of 5% per annum is charged.

plus ## compounded interest (5%) as follows:

2R00m Flat – 10%, 15% plus ##

3R00m Flat – 20% plus ##

4R00m Flat – 22.5% plus ##

5R00m Flat – 25% plus ##

Exec Apt – 25% plus ##

EC – 0

 

Note:

If you are a Singles Grant recipient, you only need to pay half the resale levy amount when you subsequently form a family and buy a second subsidised flat.
